We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was tasty and exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including private parking and transportation options. The location was in a quiet area just a two-minute walk from the famous thermal baths.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel was ok, but hotel is a big word. More a guesthouse. The village, Buk, is small and there is no entertainment. For people who enjoy the nice things of life, don't go there! It's all very basis and quite gloomy.

Had an amazing Christmas here! Loved the cozy atmosphere and festive decor. The breakfast was really good and free bikes were such a perk which allowed us to explore the area easily. The location was spot-on, close to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet, perfect getaway from the city hustle and bustle.

We also found it difficult to get in touch with the staff, as no one seemed to be available at the reception. But overall, the experience was great and worth the stay.

We booked the luxury suite for a one night stopover while travelling to our holiday destination in Hungary. I would rate this suite very highly and very good value. The rooms were very comfortable with good bathing facilities and two balconies which were quite useful in the very hot weather. There was a good ambience in the Hotel which appeared to be full while we were there. We dined at the restaurant and the menu was quite varied the quality of the food was good. We all used the outdoor swimming pool which was clean and well kept.Buk spa is very close. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The temperature in the room was a bit chilly, despite being told that the heating was controlled centrally. the duvet was a bit narrow and could have been more spacious.
